How can I change my online booking?
We realise that your plans may change at any time. That is why we offer you the opportunity to change your booking until 4 hours before the start time. Click on the link ‘Manage my booking’ in your booking confirmation. This will bring you to your personal environment. You can change the date, start time and license plate number here.
How can I cancel my online booking?
Do you want to cancel your booking? No problem, you can cancel your booking until 4 hours before the start time! Click on the link ‘Manage my booking’ in your booking confirmation. Enter your booking number and e-mail address. This will bring you to your personal environment. Click on ‘Cancel booking’ and then ‘OK’. Your booking has now been cancelled.
What is the maximum number of consecutive days I can book online?
You can book up to 7 consecutive days online.
How can I book a parking space for multiple consecutive days?
The product Flex Parking allows you to book up to 7 consecutive days online. This product is only available in the Centrum car park.
How do I get an invoice for my online booking?
When making the online booking, check the option to receive an invoice under ‘Details’. The invoice will then be sent to you together with the e-mail confirmation. Did you forget to check the option? No problem! You can always download your invoice later by clicking on the link ‘Click here to download your invoice’ in your booking confirmation.
The car park says it is full (‘VOL’), but I have an online booking. Can I enter the car park?
If you have an online booking, we have kept a space for you. This means you can always enter the car park, even when it says it is full.
Can I book a disabled parking space?
No, unfortunately we do not offer the option to book a disabled parking space. But don't worry. In general, there are always disabled parking spaces available.
Can I book a parking space with a charging station for my electric car?
No, unfortunately we do not offer the option to book a parking space with a charging station. But don't worry. In general, there are always parking spaces with charging stations available.
I paid for my online booking, but I did not receive a confirmation. What do I do now?
Please be patient! It can take up to 15 minutes before your booking confirmation arrives in your e-mail inbox. Has it been 15 minutes and have you not yet received the confirmation? Check your spambox first; sometimes the booking confirmation ends up here. Still no e-mail? Then contact Customer Service! Our team is here to help you.
I have a voucher/discount code, but it doesn't work on the website. What do I do now?
Always check whether the voucher/discount code you entered is correct. Did you enter the correct code, and are you still having problems, contact Customer Service on klantenservice@interparking.nl or +31 (0)88-54 21 300.
I cancelled my booking. When can I expect the refund?
We try to transfer the refund to your bank account within three working days.
Which products can I book online?
We offer various products which you can book online. In the Bios car park you can book: 5 Hour Parking and Day Trip Parking. In the Centrum car park you can Book Day Trip Parking and Flex Parking.
How can I enter the car park with my online booking?
You can enter the car park with an online booking in two ways: via license plate recognition or a QR code.
Entry using license plate recognition
Drive up to the barrier; the license plate recognition system will recognise the license plate number you entered during the booking process. The machine will automatically issue a ticket. Do not press the ticket button! The barrier will go up automatically.
Tip: If your license plate number is not recognised, and a ticket is not automatically issued, you can use your QR code to enter the car park. This code can be found in your booking confirmation. However, not all car parks have a QR code reader. If your license plate number is not recognised, press the intercom button to contact us. Make sure you have your booking number at hand.
Entry using the QR code
Drive up to the barrier and hold the QR code print-out or telephone screen in front of the QR code reader. (Attention: set the brightness of your phone to maximum.) A parking ticket will be issued automatically. Please take the ticket. The barrier will go up automatically.
Tip: If your QR code is not recognised, press the intercom button to contact us. Make sure you have your booking number at hand.
How can I exit the car park with my online booking?
If you made a booking online, you don't have to pay at the payment terminal. You can exit the car park by inserting the parking ticket in the machine at the exit barrier. The barrier will go up automatically.
What should I do if I exceed the booked parking time?
You can always park beyond the booked parking time. However, the extra time will be charged at the regular parking rate. You now have to insert your parking ticket in the payment terminal and pay the extra amount due. You can now exit the car park.
What should I do if I arrived before the booked parking time?
You can enter the car park up to 15 minutes before the booked parking time. You can adjust your product or time in advance by going to ‘Manage my booking’. Click on the link in your booking confirmation and log in to see your personal environment.
My booking is not recognised at the entrance. What do I do now?
Do you want to enter with license plate recognition? It may take a while before your license place number is scanned, so wait a few seconds before taking further action. Does the machine not issue a parking ticket and does the barrier not go up? Check your booking confirmation. Some car parks have the option of entering with a QR code. This QR code is stated in your booking confirmation. Did you not get a QR code or does the QR code not work? Then press the intercom button. Our central control room will help you.
I have to pay extra on top of my booking before being able to leave the car park. What do I do now?
Check the time and date in your booking confirmation. Do they correspond with the date and time on your parking ticket? Then contact our central control room by pressing the intercom button at the entrance or exit. Did you already pay at the payment terminal? You can fill in the refund form on www.interparking.nl.
Can I enter and exit multiple times with my booking?
The only product that allows you to enter and exit multiple times is Flex Parking. This product is only available in the Centrum car park.
Can i extend my booking when I've already parked?
It is not possible to extend your booking if you already entered the car park with your reservation. If you decide to stay longer, you must pay the extra parked time at the payment terminal.
